Alpine did the roof at our last home about 5 years ago and we had more problems after than we did previously. The estimate included ice shield but they did not use any at all and we had terrible leaking. The owner refused to take ownership of the poor workmanship. We fought hard and had to threaten to take them to court. Finally, many months later and much damage to ceilings, they sent someone who removed 3' of outer shingles and applied the ice shield which should have gone on in the first place. It was a very frustrating experience.

I am amazed at reading your story. Almost the same thing happened to me with Fabrizi Roofing.
He has not followed proper Building codes etc etc.... What a nightmare...My Insurance has had to tarp my roof. I am required to now replace the roof at my cost!
