My furnace stopped working on Christmas Eve. I searched for a company with good customer feedback and Furnace Solutions came up at the top. I called, and within one hour a service technician named Ryan arrived at my house. He was incredibly friendly, and invited us to watch him trouble shoot the furnace so that we could understand what was going wrong. Ryan was exceptionally knowledgeable and quickly found the source of the problems. He discussed various price points that could fix the problems found. I really liked this approach because I felt that he was honest and not trying to squeeze me for every last cent. Once I picked the option that was most comfortable for me, he moved forward and did as he promised. My furnace was back up and running so that I could re-focus on enjoying Christmas. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs furnace work done. This was seriously one of my best customer service interactions that I can remember having.
