Received damage to my wall during a carpet cleaning service. The cleaner took the part of the door frame with them with out informing us. The real hassle started when I tried to get it rectified. They attempted to fix but the quality was poor and they caused a stain on the carpet with one of the products used in the attempted repair. They fixed the stain and told me they would get back to me to send someone else out to improve the repair from the original damages door frame. Never heard from them again. Called back after a month or maybe 2 months. Never returned my call about 4 or 5 times. Finally got there managent on the phone I just asked for my money back from the original carpet cleaning as I could not continue to work with them on rectifying this properly. They sent me a cheque. I realized the next day I should have at least asked to have them pay for the repair once I got it done my self. Called back and left a message for them to call me but no one called me back. I would just say if you use them hope nothing goes wrong as they do not handle problems well. At least not in my case.

Dear Rob,

We regret to read about your experience and that even though we did everything possible to amend it, you are still not satisfied.

Minor incidents like that can occur with any home service, it happens in 0.01% of cases, it is definitely not a desired outcome or intended in any way, but human error does occur in every walk of life.

After our technician left your home, you reported the door frame damage ( which we are still unsure it was our technician ), we sent a repair person to fix it. That third party repair person ended up causing a stain, unfortunate but again beyond our control. We ended up sending a senior technician again to clean that stain. Then later on, we get notified you are not happy with the repair, so we end up sending you a cheque in addition to the repair person to cover the cost of a second repair person of your choice.

This of course, is clearly an ordeal and not a good experience, and it does not reflect our level of service in any way, we understand that. However, we did well beyond and over what any company would have done to try make things right for you.

We regret to read that all these efforts still did not satisfy you.
