My Aunt is elderly and has some cognitive impairment. She had a severe case of bed bugs and after heat treatment from another company they came back with a vengeance. I called Muhammad who said it was a "level 10" in terms of severity. He came right away, treated the house, came again and caught some more, came again until the house was all clear. He called both myself and my Aunt to check up, so many times I can't count. He was honest, thorough and most importantly kind. I highly recommend him. He is the best!
