All-Smith is a great company to get behind for your electrical needs. From our initial request and work completion during our full home renovation, I knew I wanted Brian and Will to come back for future work - and as always they delivered the quality and attention to detail I was expecting, and above! We had a hot tub delivered and placed in our backyard, and needed to have it wired up by a certified electrician as per code and our vendors recommendation. Definitely not a job you want to cut corners on! Brian and Will had recommended to lay the rough-in wiring and panel upgrade during our initial renovation - what a time saver that recommendation was! With the hot tub installed - they had to wire up the unit and install an outdoor dedicated breaker and have it wired up to the spa. They completed the work in less than 1 hour - they routed the new wiring so it was out of the way and trenched the new line so it was not visible at all. Though this job was quick, it was their pre-emptive planning and forethought that made it completely seamless. We were up and running on the 1st try without any problems!! The approximate cost included running conduit and wiring along the house to the backyard, installing a dedicated circuit and breaker outside and inside, and hook up to the spa and breaker. This was a challenging job, but they made it look so easy! For my family and friends - it will be All-Smith All The Way from here on! Thank you Brian and Will!!

Brian and Will were ALWAYS on time, they start early, get the job done, and leave the site clean, safe and sound, and always a smile on their faces! Brian took time out to come and discuss the many projects we had in mind and we worked out a strategy. Brian always kept us up to date with respect to the process and any challenges that may come up. Always calm, collected and never turned down ALL the questions I had for him and Will during the project. We have worked with Brian and Will over the period of many weeks to upgrade our existing 100am panel to 200amp service; roughed in 2 smart car charge lines; added several new outlets; and to top it off they were also able to run network cabling throughout my home - this was a bonus as I didn't have to seek out another contractor for this task. In addition we also roughed in a hot tub access point for the summer months - and Brian will be back to work through that as well - we have him booked! There are many options to hire for this type of work - in my case All-Smith will be my GO TO team for all my electrical needs going forward. You don't have to take my word, but good work and service from a reputable team like Brian and Will speaks for itself, they are busy as a result of their great work and will continue to thrive. We were connected with Ihor and his team at Drakon Construction through our IKEA installations service. From the first phone call to the last few items of the full kitchen renovation - we had an amazing experience with Ihor and his team. Our renovation started at the beginning of December and even with bad weather, and delays in deliveries from IKEA (due to stock shortage etc) - the Drakon team was always on time, always flexible and explained all the procedures and were super organized, super efficient, and overall just a GREAT GREAT experience. Our friends and family cannot believe how quickly everything was done, and how amazing everything looks now. I look forward to hiring Drakon again - either for another Kitchen reno, or even other work. I highly recommend Ihor and his entire team! This is the kind of team I want to have working on my home without a doubt! Ihor also made recommendations to the plan once we discovered we could accommodate additional storage etc and this made the renovation turn out really seamless. They had all the right trades at the right time and we didn't have to worry about finding someone at the last moment on our own - a great one stop shop experience!!

Due to recent warm weather and re-freezing we had pretty good ice dam issue on our roof over a cathedral ceiling. Nick was the first to respond to our request through Homestars and a follow-up phone call - which was much appreciated. Nick took the time over the phone to understand my issue and also explained the solution and was very knowledgeable and patient. He arrived on time as per our call with 2 other crew members who quickly assessed and remedied the problem. They had my roof cleared of the ice build up and snow to provide immediate relief. I would recommend Nick and his team to anyone and look forward to hiring him again for future work.

Our home is 14+ years old, and we have an entry door on our 2nd floor which leads to a balcony - it was leaky and the room was always cold in the winter and hot in the summer. After putting a request on HomeStars - Winmax was the only company that took the time to not only call me, but discuss my situation and talk me through the process and breakdown of the work and prices. Igor was excellent to work with from the start - he even visited during the installation and gave advice on my other doors/windows, no pressure. Herman was the gentleman who did the install and I could not ask for a more meticulous job!! The job took longer that anticipated due to some unforeseen issues with the old door and frame - but at the end of the day, it was done RIGHT, and that's what matters the most. Thanks WinMAX!

I came across the Floorwood team on this website,and from my very first email until the job was done, the service and customer service have been excellent! Robert & team were VERY professional and always gave the right advice with no pressure or sales tactics. We bought our first home and wanted a new look, and upon Robert's first investigation noticed that the floor was not level and had serious issues with support from the basement. Robert took almost 1 hour of his own time to visit at no charge to check out the situation before quoting me on anything. They spent 1 whole day leveling and sanding the floor - to compare with another vendor who did not bother to investigate further or offer to quote a price to fix it - whereas Floorwood gave a quote and stuck to the price. Our floors were done in 2 days time - they worked tirelessly, cleaned up along the way, and did not mind the many questions I had. I have already recommended them to several friends, and our new floors are the envy of our neighbours! Robert even came by after everything was done to do a few touch ups at no cost.
