arrived late for appt., unmarked van, pressure selling to purchase furnace cleaning as well, left dirt on floor, marks on wall, didn't seal access points properly...when I complained afterwards technician said to fix it myself. I left numerous voice messages over a 3 week period and never received a reply. Even sent an email to the owner of the company who also didn't respond!
