Stefan and his crew turned a closet into a musician's soundproof studio, layed tiles in our laundry area and moved around our washer, dryer, sink setup in the laundry as well. The did an amazing job! They arrived on time daily and were very accomodating to our needs and requests. They cleaned up at the end of each day and gave us updates on their progress. We would definately hire them again! Greg came to investigate a backup in the basement bathroom and laundry. He snaked the main and bathroom drains and found the issue in the basement shower. I signed up for a protection plan not knowing what was in the future. About 3 weeks later, the City of Toronto came out and investigated on main drain and found a blockage at the other end of the basement leading to the sewer. They found tree roots had penetrated the clay drain and caused a blockage. Within hours of calling Priority Plumbing again, Greg came back, assessed our situation and made 3 recommendations for our consideration. We made our choice and within 36 hours, the drain had been replaced, a backwater valve was installed, a permit was obtained, inspector had been to the house and Priority had come back to finish the concrete. All employees I encountered including the receptionists that answered my calls were professional and did a good job. The work and cost was always explained to me and I knew what to expect. Priority did their best to work around my schedule. The protection plan immediately saved me money and I should get more back with the City of Toronto's rebate for the backwater valve. The technician that came was right on time and very couteous. He worked quickly and did not make a mess. We required another appointment which was made right away and was scheduled for the very next day. We were very pleased with this company.
