I needed my 50-yr old hot water heater venting (B-vent) above the roofline replaced as part of a complete roofing overhaul on my home. My roofers informed me that's not part of their service and I'll need an HVAC company. I put a requisition up within Homestars and Frank responded quickly and at a reasonable price. Allin Air was flexible enough to coordinate with the roofing company and Raymond came in a 2-hour window while the shingles were off and the new plywood decking replaced. Beautiful job and I've got a vent to last me the next 50-yrs! Great communication and great customer service!

Put a service call in last week as compressor had stopped working. Technician quickly diagnosed problem - earwig got fried on the contactor. Replaced only necessary parts and showed me where the failure was. Friendly, efficient - ended up spending less than I thought and technician was in and out in 30 minutes.
