Hello I recently used this company for the second time for Abestos removal. They were quick, professional, and very reasonably priced when some ductwork was uncovered during our bathroom reno that had abestos wrapped tape. They also inspected the attic and roof to check on the insulation. If I discover more abestos in the house I will definitely hire them again!!!

Hired this company in June 2014 to replace a hot water heater. It continues to be under warranty and it is not working at 2.5 years old. When we called the company to ask for them to come and take a look they said it wasn't covered. Then they said it would cost $150 for a 30 minute consult and then $100 for the service call and maybe $150 for the part. We already are pretty sure it is the heating element that needs replaced which is under warranty and a cheap part. Due to the excessive cost we will be hiring someone else as we had a quote for $100-150 for a heating element. We would never recommned or hire this company again.

Rodrigo was amazing, nice, neat, on time, reasonable. He is going to be our new "go to" guy for home repairs. I can't recommened him enough. He is very talented and good communication. Rodrigo has a 2nd person to help him, Mike, who was also polite, nice, hard working. Our bathroom is amazing. We had a small leak from a seal that didn't seal and Rodrigo came and fixed it on a Saturday taking time away from his family to ensure his work was top quality!!! I would recommend Rodrigo in a heartbeat and will definitely hire him again in the future.

Jeremy is a pleasure to work with. He has serviced our CAC and our furnace a few times in the last couple of years. He is prompt, fast, and tells you like it is. He moved our CAC unit last summer during a landscaping renovation and completed the work promptly and tided up afterwards. He is always polite and good natured. Our most recent issue with our furnace we have chose not to fix at the moment, with his support - he didn't even charge us for the service call or diagnosis. He knows how to do good business, as we will always call him for any HVAC services that we need. His rates are reasonable and competitive. I would recommend Jeremy Cowen and Cowen Mechanical for any HVAC related issues.

Quote was quick and reasonable. Arrived within time frame and finshed on time. It was smal job. Left home neat and tidy. Office staff helpful and efficient. Robert was very kind and knowledgeable . Overall I would recommend for similar job.

We used this company to replaced 3 bedroom windows and a front door. We were satisfed. There was an error in the way they installed front door - it was opposite the way we wanted. They corrected the problem without an issue. Then we used a 2nd time for 1 window pane that had cracked of our huge front window. It took several calls and a few missed appointments before they came to install this glass. I wasn't impressed. The glass was fine, but ut seemed like it was an "after thought" kind of job. It was only a $800-900 job. They seemed more reliable when the job was worth more money. The windows were great. They were installed properly. the workers were polite and hard working. They were well insulated. They cleaned up all the garbage and dust after the work was complete. My only complaint was when using them the 2nd time, they were not as reliable or timely as one would expect

*****Update Jan 2017 : about 5 years post kitchen reno the hinges were all degrading and falling apart and the company did come and repair them. We have cupboards that are delaminating already but the company will not do anything to recitify this. I do believe that 5 years only and the cupboards should not be delaminating. It is on upper cupboard, around the drawers, and they are not near any water and there is no reason for these to be doing this. IN the future, I would never use them again. I would NOT recommend this company as for longevity as it seems like they are focused on making it look good but not to last.Full kitchen reno. Original Review : Started on time and ended on time. Very little additional cost to quote . Added a little electrical things and therefore the cost was up maybe 2-3%. Design and drawings were done about 1 month prior to moving into our new house. They were very thorough. The workers who came were polite and cooperative. The "foreman" or "boss" would come by nearly every day to check in on the workers and go over details with home owners. There was 1 error made and it was corrected easily and without question. The countertops are beautiful. I would recommend the company. We used them first for a re-face on the house we were selling, then we used for a full kitchen gut. We hired Canilik to do our kitchen - a reface to sell. They did a great job and the price was reasonable. We were so satisfied with the service that we decided to use them for a new home to do a complete kitchen reno. I will report back when it is completed to do a further review. Canlik cleaned up after themselves, they showed up on time and when they were suppsoed, and they finished the project as expected on the echeduled day (how often does that happen?).

Our toilet was backed up. Matt came to save the day on a SAturday night. He was clean, respectful, knowledgeable and quick. We have used Drainworks before and they alway are prompt, thorough, neat / tidy.
