We started to hear noises from the attic few weeks ago. We contacted SOS and explained the issue, we had a prompt response and Shervin was there the next day. He installed the one way exit for the broken vent and also installed protection mesh boxes for other vents and pipe penetrations. We are very happy with the professionalism and the quality of the service provided.
