My new a/c which is about 18 months old, stopped working. This was the second time a service person had come over to fix the same problem. I called Reliance around 6;30PM. They sent a service person over around 9:00PM. By the time the a/c was fixed it was around 11:00PM. The service person, Andre Dyer was super nice and extremely helpful and explained in detail the issues that he had fixed..........This may be too far fetched BUT the Next time you have a problem, ask that Andre Dyer be sent over!!

Dear Readers, I HAD PROBLEMS WITH MY DOOR - BUT ELBA DOORS HAVE TAKEN AN INITIATIVE TO FIX THE IT. THE PROBLEM WAS THAT THE STAIN HAD STARTED TO PEEL OFF. ALL FIXED AND UP AND BEING COMPLETED AS WE SPEAK. I HAVE TO COMMEND LEONARD.....A BIG THANK YOU.
