Glad I called this company! I had just bought a new house and wanted to know if my chimney's were useable. They were great and fast at cleaning my chimney. Tim, the Chimney Sweep took the extra time to investigate my house (as I have three Chimneys) and figure out if they were still functional, and how they worked. He was very thorough and pointed out a few non chimney related issues as he was crawling through my basement crawlspace. He took the time to explain things I should look out for in the future and how I can upgrade my fireplace. Very satisfied.

I bought a new house and with it came a birch tree that was looking rather unhealthy. I had Kodiak come in and remove it, as well as clean up a sister birch tree nearby. very satisfied with the work and price. From booking the appointment to having the work done, it was a quick process, and the yard was cleaned up quite nice. Rod was great!

I had a new Toilet installed, and was extremely satisfied with the service, from booking the appointment, to the completed work. Mark, the plumber, was very polite and friendly. He did the work fast and proper, and explained the toilet warranty and the billing. I will be using Pitton Plumbing and Heating for all future plumbing work.

I bought a new home in Hamilton and needed new eves, as my old ones were in terrible shape. My friend's father recently used Quality Exteriors and had glowing reviews, so I gave them an email. My email was responded to the very next morning by Heather, and she got the ball rolling so that Rob would drop by my house for a quote. Since my needs were pretty standard, Rob and I agreed that he would stop by while I was at work, and he phoned me in the day with a quote. The quote was fair and it was in the ballpark of what I thought it would be around given my research. We scheduled a date, and Rob and his crew did all the work in an afternoon. When I came home from work, I had new eves, and there was no mess to even indicate any work was done. I was very impressed! Thank-you Rob and Heather, as well as your talented team.

I had moved into an older house in Hamilton, Ontario where the dryer vented into a dirt hole in my basement crawlspace. As such it took upwards of two and a half hours for clothes to dry. Such a waste of hydro. I researched for the right contractor to do the job to install a dryer vent, and confidently called Iain after visiting his website and homestars page. I was very impressed with Iain from the moment I spoke to him. He arrived on time, and is very skilled, knowledgeable and reliable. He found the best route for my dryer vent, and left no mess. His price was fair, and as quoted on the phone. All work he did was above and beyond what I would expect, and no detail was ignored. He did a quality check afterwards and ensured the dryer was working properly. My dryer now dries clothes in under an hour. I would recommend Iain in a heartbeat and I plan to call him back to have my dryer vents cleaned in the future. He is very personable and professional. Cheers!
