We buy a house that was in a very poor condition, previous owners use to have a cat and carpet, so we install hardwood, as you can imagine the amount of dust and hair was massive, diamond duct cleaning complete the job in a professional manner, they meticulously inspect everything and conduct the process over and over until it shines, no more cat signs and no more dust, overall client service was outstanding and honesty was above the line

I hire this guys, they are not professional at all. On my moving day, they do not show off, when I call them they inform about issues with their system and send an smaller truck, this means that our furniture requires more than 1 trip and guess who pays for that They are careless, they ruin a dresser, scratch floor, walls and damage a piano and they didn't even apologize....no carpet, no blankets, no security belts...totally amateurs They request a break to have some coffee and water and they include the break time in our bill!!! After all of that, they even dare to complain about not having a tip...really? that's the meaning of being cynical..... Avoid them and don't get dazzled by the company name, since its all except high level

I hire James and company to move a 300 year piano after a real bad experience with a moving company, they take out the piano from the basement and deliver in less than an hour, everything in perfect condition, very careful, gentle and clean, a real professional crew and outstanding client service...look forward for the tune service
