This company was great from start to finish - Jay showed up quickly to give us a quote, the job was done beautifully and quickly and everything was left tidy when the job was completed. We had 7 flights of stairs capped and new hand rails and pickets installed. This was a difficult job as original stringers were installed wrong by the builder and stair sizes on each flight were different. Jay and crew were able to level all stairs as well as make the stringers and stair trim look beautiful. The attention to detail was incredible. Originally posts where anchored in our laminate on the landings and we had no matching laminate to replace the pieces with holes once the new posts were installed on the stairs. Jay and the boys removed flooring from a utility closet to patch the landings. I can't say enough good things about these guys - they go above and beyond -you don't as a rule get this level of service these days - plus the entire crew was really nice.

I was looking for wooden plantation shutters. John came and did a very thorough job of measuring. He made colour, hardware and installation suggestions. I then changed by mind after seeing Hunter Douglas roller blinds at someone's home. John kindly came back to re-measure for the roller blinds. I have never seen anyone who is so expert at measuring, and giving advice about colour, fabric, design and proper installation. His attention to detail was amazing. I love my new Hunter Douglas roller blinds. John Laita is the best product adviser I have ever met. Not sure who the installation guy was but he did an excellent job and cleaned up everything including removing all of the wrapping. I would not hesitate to use Kingway Carpets and Blinds again or to recommend them to a friend
