SAMSUNG DISHWASHER: The installer did not finish the job, the kick board was missing. I had to call Trail to get them to return. 14 months later I discover my dishwasher has been leaking onto the hardwood floor. The appliance does not wash dishes properly. I would not recommend. 3 service calls later. WATER SOFTNER: I bought a water softner from Trail, they installed it two weeks later. That night I checked the water softner at 12.30am, I discovered my basement flooded. More damage and more time waiting in for a return service call. My time is precious, I have spent maybe 10 hours waiting for return service calls at my expense. They have condescending costumer service people, when I returned a call they gave me the wrong job no. I would never use this company again. I would use SEARS as I always did.
