I don't know how you could do better than Canadian Roofing Company. These guys are absolutely amazing from their customer service to the quality of their work to their integrity. I had a leak in my roof during the big snow storm of Jan 2021 and ice had built up on the roof such that water was leaking in at a pretty quick pace. I called Jason at Canadian Roofing and he was a true delight to talk to - friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and ready to help me out right away. He was able to walk me through the process and even tell me the likely cost within minutes. Then, within a couple of hours his crew was on my roof doing the work - and this is in the midst of one of the worst snow dumps Toronto has seen in my life. I couldn't imagine worse conditions for them to be working in but they never complained. They came and got the job done and they even took the time to walk me through everything in detail w/ pictures and video so I knew exactly what had happened. In fact, they even pointed out a way I should change my downspouts in the future and recommended a process for working w/ the city to make it happen. I was also super impressed that they went out of their way to recommend I get a few quotes in the spring to replace the roof (which is what I'll ultimately need to do). They never tried to upsell me or convince me to use them for the next bigger job I'll need to do. You'll be happy you worked with them. They are the best. Thank you Jason and team!!!

Worked with Manny and his team several times. They are very responsive. Will come right away when there is an issue. And they are very knowledgeable. Always have an answer and get the job done very well. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I can't recommend P&P more highly (and I've worked with a lot of contractors). Natanael, Javier and the entire team are extremely skilled craftsmen who take pride in what they do. They renovated our entire first floor including our kitchen, installing a new powder room, new siding, and doing a structural adjustment to the back of our house to get an oversized sliding door on. They will treat your home like it is their own. When unexpected challenges arise, they find creative, thoughtful solutions. They are extremely hard workers and do everything possible to hit timelines. They also care a lot about how everything looks and will make sure to do things right so that the job looks great too. I've never had contractrors who cared more about how the finishings looked than I did! Oh, and all of their sub-trades are great too. This is important and I didn't appreciate how helpful this would be - Natanael has a great team of painters, plumbers, electricians, roofers and anyone else needed to get your job done. And he makes sure they show up quickly and do a great job too. Honestly, you can't do better than working with P&P. They are great in every possible way. I feel lucky to have found them. KC and his team did a terrific job on this project. He showed incredible dedication, kindness and skill in executing the project. He came to our house on short-notice on one of the biggest snowstorms of the year, gave me a quote on the spot, and arranged for the deck repair to be done within 7 days. Everything was done as promised and the quality of the work was great, and very affordable. I highly recommend him.

Ultimate Choice Movers was truly impressive in my recent move. I hired them for a very difficult move - two different pick-up locations for the furniture and then moving it all into a 3rd floor walk-up apartment with narrow stairs. Ultimate was fantastic the whole way through. Michelle, the owner, was friendly, helpful and professional from the beginning in setting up my move and answering my questions. The movers themselves were great. They came right on time and worked efficiently and effectively to do the move. They were clearly very experienced and did a great job of wrapping things up and being very careful in moving it in and out of tight spaces. They managed to get a couch up the stairs that, to this day, I have no idea how they fit up the stairwell. Equally as importantly, they were friendly and polite. Even after seeing the 3rd floor walk-up, they didn't complain. They just went about their business. I would definitely recommend them to a friend. In fact, I have another job I plan to hire them to do in the next 2 weeks. Thanks Michelle and team for making a very stressful day so easy.
