My husband and I purchased a dining room set in store 2 weeks ago. After receiving the set, I noticed that the foam seat is defective and has taken the shape of our weight after sitting on it less than a handful of times. Very poor quality materials, WORST return policy and HORRIBLE customer service.
1. I called the furniture customer care line and was told a manager would get back to me. I have to heard from anyone.
2. I was messaging your support in Facebook and now it seems they have blocked me and wont receive IM messages from me.
3. I wrote a post to share my unbelievably horrible experience on the website, which was taken down
4. I have already cancelled the microwave I had ordered due to the lack of customer care service and the defect products being sold.
The first paragraph on their site reads, " we pride ourselves on having great customer service to support our incredible products" I have yet to see this happen across any of the channels I am using to get a resolution.
