From my initial inquiry on how to deal with raccoons in my attic, Sherwin provided a professional description of the procedure and respectful response to my questions. When I heard raccoons, I was extremely anxious which Sherwin could hear in my voice, so he came immediately in the rain and dark and went up on the roof to address the situation and ease my anxiety.
