During the long process of a whole home renovation, it was time to do the kitchen and replace the entire drain stack. Throughout the entire reno process we've had many different contractors working here and Advanced Plumbing was absolutely one of the very best! Their price was very reasonable, they were on time and took great care to do a very professional top rate job! i know enough about plumbing to tell when someone wants to use a shortcut and when they want to do a first rate job and AP only does first rate jobs! Our kitchen island sink drains faster than any other sink I've ever had! They are one of those great contractors who almost disappear in the background and properly solve any issues while other contractors spend their time telling you how hard their job is. They are not only my go to plumbers, my general contractor is also calling Advanced now instead of the one they used to use!

I had them do some tuck pointing a few years ago and contacted them and another couple companies to build a bearing column in the basement for a post to open up the main floor. Their quote was the best, but based on their previous work I would have hired them even if they were just in the ballpark of the rest. The crew showed up on time, were very pleasant and accommodating, keeping all the work areas clean. They did an excellent job! The company has been around forever for a reason. They also installed a dryer vent, bathroom fan vent and a 10" range hood vent, exactly where they were required. True professionals! Thanks guys!

After contacting many different roofers and getting a wide range of quotes we decided on Keating for our 2 1/2 story roof. Their rep David was fantastic, and the company followed through with an excellent job, better than I had hoped for! We have had a few different contractors over the years and although there were 7 people working on our roof for 2 days, they were the least intrusive contractors we’ve ever had! Excellent job, excellent protection of all gardens and property, excellent clean up and excellent follow up from David. They are not the cheapest roofer, but we are more than happy knowing the high quality job and materials will actually stand up for 25 years or more, and the company will still be around then to back it up! Very highly recommended.

I emailed an inquiry on Sunday and got a very quick response to give them a call to discuss options. I called on Monday morning and had the lock installed and keyed to the same as our front door by the end of the day with no mess! They even suggested the most economical solution without pressuring for a bigger sale, and made sure that everything worked perfectly> I will definitely use him again! Thanks.

Daniel was recommended by a neighbour, showed up on time and did a very careful and thorough job. He noticed that my leaf strainers were damaged and suggested replacing them, but he unfortunately didn't have any with him. I went over to Home Depot and picked up a couple (for about what he was going to charge anyway) and he went back and installed them for me. He was very professional, courteous and considerate at a very reasonable price, exactly what you would hope for in any contractor you hired.
