This is the second time in 5 years that I have contracted Galaxy Windows to do a job for me. The first time some years ago was to replace 7 windows and a sliding door. This time, it's to replace two more windows and my front door. As before, the work performed was very professional--from the consultation, to the quote, to the measurements, to the installation and clean up. They do a very clean and thorough job. Highly recommended.

Very easy to talk to. Ken and Stephanie came over to assess the job and gave a competitive quote. On the day itself, Ken's team did all the work (trimmed 4 mature trees and removed the top of a 40-foot blue spruce) in about 2 hours. They had the standard safety equipment you might expect from a professional operation, like helmets, climbing cleats, harnesses, fastening ropes and protective eyewear. Clean up was thorough, and everything was taken to their chipping machine, which they brought onsite. At the end, Ken confirmed whether the job performed was up to standard. It was! Will hire them again.

Needed the wiring from my HVAC to the thermostat fixed. The office and the technician coordinated with me well in terms of scheduling, as well as letting me know when they were about to come. Service was courteous, fast and thorough. Recommended.
