Very easy to talk to. Ken and Stephanie came over to assess the job and gave a competitive quote. On the day itself, Ken's team did all the work (trimmed 4 mature trees and removed the top of a 40-foot blue spruce) in about 2 hours. They had the standard safety equipment you might expect from a professional operation, like helmets, climbing cleats, harnesses, fastening ropes and protective eyewear. Clean up was thorough, and everything was taken to their chipping machine, which they brought onsite. At the end, Ken confirmed whether the job performed was up to standard. It was! Will hire them again.

Needed the wiring from my HVAC to the thermostat fixed. The office and the technician coordinated with me well in terms of scheduling, as well as letting me know when they were about to come. Service was courteous, fast and thorough. Recommended.
