We hired Bijal and Danny to redo our entire kitchen, bathroom, as well as the flooring on the main floor. In the beginning, we were very impressed with their knowledge and their work; they both were extremely friendly. However, the end result of our kitchen is extremely disappointing, to the point where we need to redo our entire kitchen. First of all, the first paint job they did left patches on our walls, and the paint was uneven. They were nice enough to repaint that. Second, our brand-new cabinets we got from them have scratches on them. Bijal blamed the scratches on the manufacturer, and that was the end of that. Nothing was done to fix the scratches on our new cabinets. Third, the backsplash in our kitchen is not put on correctly. The tiles are all crooked, and again Bijal blamed this on the people she hired to do the work. She said next time she will make sure they don't do that, and again nothing was done to fix this. So even now, our brand-new renovated kitchen still have cabinets with large scratches on them, and our backsplash is all crooked. Fourth, and this is the BIGGEST THING, our new flooring on the whole main floor is completely ruined. The first time they put the tiles down, they tiles were all crooked. They fixed the tiles on almost half the main floor, until we saw that it was crooked and asked them to do it again. Bijal told the people she hired to take off the tiles and start again. And so, they started again and finished tiling whole main floor. Everything looked fine until we started walking on the tiles, and they have literally cracked in half. OUR NEW TILES ON ON OUR NEW FLOOR ARE CRACKED. The grout used to hold the tiles in place is falling our everywhere whenever we walk, making our tiles loose every time and so they keep cracking. We called Bijal and she didn't believe us, and said that it must have been our fault. She said we must be walking no the tiles too hard. Excuse me? We have had tiles in our kitchen for 20 years before she did our kitchen, and not once did those kitchen tiles crack or move. SO we made her come over again to see the tiles in person. At this point, Bijal again continued to make an excuse and she said that our FLOOR WAS UNEVEN, and that is why the tiles are cracking. Again, we had tiles for 20 years before and never once did any contractor tell us this. On top of this, Bijal told us that she did not put a subfloor until our tiles to make our floor even. Why didn't she do this? Because she said that we should have told her that we wanted it. WHAT? WE ARE NOT CONTRACTORS, how are we supposed to know that we need a subfloor. That is why we hired her, she should be telling us that we need a subfloor. And then, when my sister pointed out that we were still upset with the backsplash and the cabinets, Bijal yelled at her and stormed out of my house. And that was the end of that. She never followed up with the tiles, and she never helped us out with the cabinets and the backsplash, and instead SHE YELLED at my sister and made a scene in my house before storming out. THIS IS THE MOST RIDICULOUS SERVICE EVER. I recommend that no one get their kitchen done with her, she is extremely rude and has messed up our entire kitchen. I had to provide two stars because the website would not let me give 0. I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS.
