Having worked with Tron before, I knew who to call when I needed a few things done around the house, including replacing a kitchen ceiling light, installing a fire alarm and installing a wired security camera outside on our garage soffit. Took a couple of visits due to some unexpected issues that came up but the visits were within a few days of each other and at the end of the day I'm extremely, super happy with how Wen and Massimo finished up the work! I highly recommend you ask for them if they are available in your area. Wen is an extremely knowledgeable, patient, expert-level electrician and problem solver, and with Massimo's passion, diligence and hardworking attitude, the overall result was very much appreciated and successful. Thank you so much guys!! Shout out to Elias for being part of the original crew, and Lena and Oliver at the office for being so efficient and helpful, the team did a great job and I would definitely recommend Tron for any electrical work you need done.

We are beyond happy with the work that Jason and his incredible team (Jeff and Andrew - you are absolute stars (no pun intended haha)) did at our place. Various lawn care items including a full re-sodding of the backyard, removing old trees and plants, power washing and polysanding of all interlock in front and back, top dressing and overseeding of front lawn, plus a number of small items - Jeff and Andrew were on time, professional, respectful, extremely knowledgeable and they paid extra special care and attention to every detail. They were so great that I am hoping to have to do more work in the future so that I can ask for them to come back! Jason was also extremely helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and was easy to communicate with, he showed up when he said he would show up, he came by to ensure that all the work was done to our satisfaction, and I will more definitely be contacting him again in the future when we have other jobs that need to be done. Choosing Absolute Home over all of the other companies out there that offer similar services turned out to be the best decision we could make. Best value for money that I could have possibly imagined. To Jason, Jeff and Andrew - thank you guys again, for everything, and I hope you all have a good summer. Stay safe all!

Had a couple of minor leaks that had worsened over the past couple of years and become less minor, very drippy, so we decided we had to get them fixed. Alex answered the phone right away, was extremely responsive and he offered to send someone over within a couple of hours to have a look, even though I hadn't asked for or expected same day service because it was not an emergency! Alex was very helpful, and also called me back to let me know exactly when William (Will) was going to arrive at the house. That is great customer service and communication! Will came to the house, wearing all the necessary protective gear (due to Covid-19), which we appreciated very much. He is SO AMAZING!! I am going to be asking for him by name if I need plumbing service again, he was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, patient, respectful, and he clearly explained and offered multiple options, pros and cons of each, before allowing us to decide which we preferred. During the process he checked in with us when necessary, to make sure we were happy with the angles etc and tested everything very thoroughly with us to ensure everything worked and was leak-free (which it was, and still is, it's been a few days now and it's working perfectly) before he left. I am extremely impressed with this company and with Alex and Will in particular (ask for him, you won't be disappointed), and I strongly recommend that you call them if you need anything plumbing related done. I have found my new go-to plumbing service and am so happy I tried them out! Thanks again Alex and Will!

I highly recommend Dug and the entire crew at Restoration 1 Mississauga. Came home one night to find a flooded kitchen and basement, and Restoration 1 showed up immediately to clean up and dry out everything. Their explanation of the process was extremely clear and helpful for someone who had never had any issues with their house before! Chose Dug and his crew over the company that the insurance company sent, and I can honestly say I have no regrets, if anything I have been patting myself on the back ever since for having made one of the best decisions in my life. Dug went above and beyond to help sort out our insurance claim, we would not have been able to successfully complete the rebuild to our expectations had it not been for Dug's unexpected-but-highly-appreciated efforts, and that was the icing on the cake in terms of the superior level of customer service we received throughout the entire process. We even added some extra work to the kitchen rebuild (tearing down a load-bearing wall, re-designing the layout, upgrading all the floors, etc) and we are over the moon in love with our new kitchen. From the first minute they stepped through the door, until the rebuild was complete, Dug and his crew were exceptionally respectful, caring, clean, professional and considerate of all aspects of our busy household (including a toddler...). The quality of their work, and extra special attention to detail was truly appreciated! The flood was an awful situation and very tough on our family, as anyone who has had to deal with something similar would understand, and Dug and his team did everything they could to help make our lives bearable during the rebuild, and at the end of the day, we now have an upgraded dream kitchen and we owe all of that to this crew. We are forever grateful!
