Archie and his team are very pleasant to work with. I am very meticulous with the detail when it comes to the texture, colour and the shine of the door. They have been patient with my requests walking me through the options until I am happy with my decision. Needless to say, it turned out perfectly and I cannot be happier. I should mention that his team also replaced my windows 15 years ago and they are like new.
Repaired the oven, but Damaged the floor
They repaired the oven but did irreversible damage to the floor when pulling it out. I am pretty sure they would have been more careful if they were repairing their own house with hardwood floor. That said, they responded on time and was courteous. Just that when I brought this issue to the owner or manager, he chose to ignored it. I did not even receive an apology. Photos speak of themselves. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company to others for obvious reasons.
We did indeed repair your oven and our tech was on site with your tenant. You did speak to us about the scratch but our tech denies causing it. They actually installed our roof in 2008. I don't think Homestars was around at that time. Over the past 10 years, not only am I happy with their work, their subsequent service calls were prompt and cost was very reasonable. Some of my shingles have fallen after a major storm. I called them and they came by on the very next day and fixed it. I truly believe that if you hire them to install your roof, you will be well looked after for life.
Hi Rex, I so happy that we were able to pull thru for you so quickly. However, after that MASSIVE wind storm on May 4th we weren't able to pull thru for everyone. Their was just to many calls in a short period of time. I had all my guys out there for twelve days helping former clients and other desperate people.
I want to apologize to everyone that we weren't able to service. I felt the pain of the customer as my own home was compromised.
I had to fix my roof in the dark after coming home late from helping clients.
Drain pipe is clogged and flooded the basement. I called Draincom and the lady was able to find a technician to come by on the same day. The technician Alex arrived online within the time frame. He identified and fixed the problem promptly. Alex was honest and friendly. Very happy with the service and the timely response. I called two other companies and I still have not heard from them. Happy that I found them.
