My husband and I discovered that we had mold on the wall of a seldom-used room so we decided to call Sean. Sean was able to visit our home in an extremely timely fashion. Mold is a very complicated subject, which can involve investigation of several areas of the home. The key is to communicate where it is (in an ideal world) figure out the cause, how to deal with it and try to prevent it from being an issue in the future.
