We had a stair running installed by Ali and again he did an amazing job. The service and quality of the job was excellent! He was very helpful and provided some very good input on material, color and size of the runner. This is the second time we have used Ali and we will definitely contact him on any future jobs. Highly Recommend!!!
Kitchen, Bath, Basement & Front Porch Reno
We had our kitchen and bath completely gutted including taking down 1 1/2 walls and new stairs built in the living room. We also had the laundry area in the basement completely finished as well as a new railing/picket built on the front porch. We lived in during the entire 4 months of reno and had complete peace of mind throughout the entire renovation process thanks to John and everyone at Oborne including Colin (Foreman), Dean, Damien, Wally & other crew members. They were exceptional and so amazing to work with! They are 100% professional, courteous, and was always approachable and open to new ideas/changes. Any additional trades that were brought in also did a great job and John & his team ensured that the work was done right! Whenever something came up that wasn't planned/anticipated (which happens with any reno), they were quick to fix the problem and was always willing to work with us to find a solution. Often they went above and beyond what was quoted. Unlike many reno horror stories that we have heard of, they were right on time & on budget which is something we truly appreciate! Aside from the great service, the quality and workmanship was exceptional! We are very picky and pay attention to all details but they met and exceeded our expectations. From the preparation stage to protect the property, to demolition, construction, to the finishing details, they always ensured that we were happy with the results. At the end of each day, they always ensured the place was cleaned up and properly protected. Overall, we are extremely happy with the results and thank them for all their hard work in helping us transform our house into a beautiful new home. I loved this project because you guys had such great taset. Unfortunately i can't always take after photos of our kitchens and bathrooms simply because i doint like the clients choice in style and or finishings. But not this time! Thanks from everyone at Oborne Contracting and enjoy the new space.
Carpet installation in basement
Ali did an excellent job on the the carpet + under padding installing in our basement & stairs. We are very happy with the product he recommended and with the quality of the installation. In addition, his service was very friendly and he completed the job very efficiently. The site post installation was also left very clean. I would definitely recommend him to anyway who is looking to have their carpets/floors replaced. Thank you Ali!
