Chris and his team at Perimeter did a fantastic job on our drainage. We have an old house and were concerned about the drain tile. Perimeter took the time to explain everything that they were doing. They even went so far to help us move some trees so they were not damaged during the excavation. They kept the site clean and safe during the project. They finished on time and on budget. We have recommended Perimeter Drainage on many occasions and will continue to do so.

I cannot say enough about the quality of the work and the level of professionalism I received from Les and his team at North Shore Carpentry and Construction. From start to finish, we were kept informed of where we were at with respect to timelines, any issues that arose, and where we were at with respect to budget. There were virtually no surprises. Les and his team handled every aspect of the build from booking sub-contractors to inspections. Every day people stopped to look at our project and marvelled at what was being built. the same people kept coming back to see what was next.......The quality of the workmanship was obvious in every detail. There was nothing done halfway, they didn't take any shortcuts. They cared about the project and it shows. My neighbours said that this lane house is the nicest that they have ever seen, and that it fits our neighbourhood perfectly. I have recommended North Shore Carpentry and Construction on many occasions and will continue to do so. Thank You Les for what you guys have done for us!!!!!
