Kelly was punctual, knowledgeable and super friendly! At our initial meeting, she went through our place with eyes of a pro. She wrote up the necessary changes we needed to make and what she would be able do for us. The day of the staging she cleaned up everything. The staged furniture blends well with our existing style. Kelly hid our personal items out of open view and followed it up with a phone call to let us know where she hid everything. Not an easy task, if you know what our place looked like. Our rooms have flow and look fantastic.

Our electrician, Joe was friendly and speedy. I received a nice courtesy call to inform me that Joe finished the last job quicker than expected and would be able to make our appointment 30 minutes earlier than expected. He let me know what was a common mistake of installing light fixtures in condos. There is a live wire and it's always live. No wonder we couldn't turn off our lights in the chandelier.

The owner, Brian is a smooth talking sales person who is likable... at least until the contract is signed and the paving is completed. The job was done quickly and looked good. But within the first month we noticed major cracks and a very uneven surface. I've emailed Brian over the past year but have yet to hear back from anyone.
