They took our $500 deposit. Promised shutter install within 3 weeks and it's now been 10! They have scheduled an install on 3 different occasions and each time they haven't shown up and haven't bothered to call to tell us. We have had to call from friends phones because they don't answer from our numbers. When we get ahold of them they have all kinds of excuses but no explanation for their horrible customer service. We have asked for money back but that doesn't seem likely. We have contacted the better business bureau and a lawyer to help us resolve this. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with!
