I chose SafeTech based on the excellent reviews I found on-line. I am now of the belief those reviews must be fabricated, because there is no way anyone could have received such great service from this company. I have wasted more time than can be reasonably be expected dealing with SafeTech and will not waste any more going on about the details of the terrible service we received. Especially as they don't seem to care. Sharon the Client Services Specialist would not hear me when I tried to explain, she in my opinion is the biggest issue the company has. Save yourself a lot of time and bother, find another company to deal with.

I understand you originally had issues with an operator at our discontinued 3rd party monitoring station. We have moved all your accounts to our new ULC Listed Monitoring Station. Notes have also been made on all of your accounts and i think this will remedy the issue. Thanks for your continued business.
