I was pleased when I was notified that they would arrive a half-hour later than the 11:00 appointment. When they arrived, they were professional and courteous. They explained how everything would be done and how long it would take. Thank-you to Rafael and Daltony, you did a great job! I appreciate the extra care given to the minor repairs to the ductwork.
