This was the second time we contracted Rowan Henry to complete a renovation project for us. Rowan and crew previously completed a total reno of the 30 year old home we purchased. We were so impressed that we invited them back 3 years later to complete the stonework and landscaping around the pool we installed this summer. Rowan came prepared to discuss all options available to us and helped us with some solutions we never thought possible due to some tricky grading on our property. I didn't realize how much a landscaper plays an integral part of a pool install, however Rowan accurately advised the pool contractor what grading the pool should be installed at and worked very professionally with our pool contractor. Once the pool was installed, his team proceeded to complete our backyard with beautiful stonework and landscaping. His crew is always timely and very professional. They never left a mess and were very mindful of our property. Rowan goes out of his way to ensure the job is proceeding as planned and always inspects the work completed and makes sure it is not only to our satisfaction, but also to his. Once again, the project was completed on time and on budget. I can't thank Rowan and crew enough for a job well done and helping us to enjoy our summer in our beautiful new backyard oasis. I would highly recommend Rowan for any indoor or outdoor renovation project.

Building a pool is a huge commitment and expense. We did extensive research on who we would select to build our dream backyard oasis and landed on Dream Pools. We couldn’t be happier with our choice. Sterling and team were professional and timely and extremely easy to work with. While we hit a snag with some permit issues at the ninth hour, Sterling stepped in and helped out in areas his team wasn’t even responsible for. I can’t thank them enough for the depth of care and commitment they displayed in completing our project. It’s hard to find companies these days that genuinely care for their customers and we found that in Dream Pools. The project started and finished on time and in the end they built us a stunning pool. I will be recommending Dream Pools to any of our friends who are looking for a pool contractor. We purchased a 30 year old home in Milton knowing that the 70’s interior would need a complete renovation. We contracted P2 Contractors to complete this renovation for us. The owner, Rowan was very accommodating, knowledgeable, informative and upfront. His aim was to keep us informed and satisfied every step of the way. We renovated every inch of the home including 3 bathrooms, our kitchen, laundry room, fireplace, interior closets, flooring, paint, electrical, plumbing and our basement which included the installation of a second kitchen. Rowan’s team was always punctual, reliable, professional and precise. As with any renovation project, we sometimes faced the unexpected, however Rowan and team always found a solution that worked best for us. We felt like Rowan made our project his ‘personal project’. We couldn’t be more pleased with the results of our renovation and we love our new home! Thank you P2 Contracting for a job well done.

BEWARE before you use this companies services. Bob is the owner and the one who does the repair. He came out to our home in October of 2015 knowing that a condition of the sale of our home was that the condensation in the windows be repaired. He guaranteed that his services would work and that our windows would dry. He performed his service and the windows did dry temporarily but again completely fogged up. We called him back in December and said that the windows are the same if not worse than before. He told us to let the cap out of the holes he drilled in the windows and give it a week and see if that helps. We did that and it made matters worse. I called Bob and told him I really need these windows dry for the sale. He then about 2 months after we started this process, explained that the windows may not completely dry until the springtime. If Bob had told me that from day one, i would have never hired him for this purpose, because that would entail me getting our purchasers to also agree to wait until the spring for the windows to dry, which i trust now never would have happened. I asked Bob if he can come out one more time and run his solution through the windows to see if it would dry the windows at least for the closing of our home in early January of 2016. He agreed to come out. Unfortunately during the process he cracked one of the window panes. My husband was downstairs when this happened. He said he thought somebody stabbed Bob because of the way Bob was screaming and swearing at the top of his lungs. My husband ran upstairs to see what happened and Bob, still swearing uncontrollably said he cracked the window and now he has to replace it. Still swearing he took measurements and provided my husband with a receipt that says window replacement in two weeks. It has been 4 weeks since Bob cracked our very foggy windows and he has not answered a single email or voicemail. I will be taking legal action against Bob, but this is a warning to all Real Estate Agents and any home owners out there who want to use his services. Number one it does not work and number two he is the biggest dishonest and unprofessional business person I have ever come across in my life. I am now out the money I paid to Bob for the original repair and will also have to pay now to replace the windows.

This company did an excellent job at painting my kitchen cabinets. They came to our home. Took off all the doors and drawer fronts and took them away to paint off site. A professional painter came in and painted all the inhome stationary cabinets. When they brought back my kitchen cabinets, I said to Tracy (owner) that my kitchen looks like it just came out of a manufacturer. They did a beautiful job and I would highly recommend them. Tracy was a pleasure to deal with. Thanks again for a job well done!

Just had our beautiful granite countertop installed by Tristar Marble yesterday. Matine was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He never failed to respond to a phone call or text. Always answered all of my questions and provided an end product that was excellent and met my needs. His pricing was very fair and his service amazingly quick. I will not hesitate in the future to use Tristar for any of my marble or granite needs and will definitely be referring them on to friends and family. Thanks again Matine!!
