We live in napanee and our builder installs casa Bella windows. The seal went on my bedroom window 5 years ago and the builder told me the warranty was two years. Not impressed. House is only 10 years old. I will never purchase casa Bella windows and pass the info on. Nick is the builder

We are sorry to hear about your unfortunate experience. The installation process for our windows is very important as it can affect their performance. The product this builder had purchased has a 2 year warranty as per the industry standards that we follow. We do have many other products available with much longer warranties.
