Sam was referred to me by a neighbour who has worked with him on other jobs. I have had other plumbers to the house but Sam made an impression. Sam first came to the house the day before the job to check out what was required to simply move a drain pipe over to fit and install a new laundry sink and faucet. In addition to assessing my need, he noted the condition of my washing machine water lines, which were well over 5 years old and showing major signs of corrosion which we were unaware of. Through a little education by him, we realized he wasn't trying to up sell us on something we didn't need but he was letting us have the choice to be proactive to deter an inevitable water disaster. While we had a plumber on site, we had Sam look at two other minor concerns. Again, he provided some education on basic do's and dont's which we thought we knew but we just were not doing completely. The quote he gave us prior to the job I felt was reasonable. He was polite, timely and did the job efficiently. I would refer him and definitely hire him again.

I was renovating my laundry room and this company was referred to me, by chance, by a previous customer of theirs who had a positive experience. They were not reviewed on Himestars but I decided to check them out and for them to be one of my three quotes for my two arborite countertops. This company manufactures their products, no middle man. Their quote was reasonable, they were patient in understanding my project and worked with me to make me what I needed without added costs that others were wanting to charge. They quoted me two weeks to manufacture the countertops but they were done in a week. They were polite and upon pick up they took great care to make sure the countertop was protected for transport. I would refer and use them again.

I was thankful to have an excellent experience with this company. The owner, Olin, cleaned my wool step runners and did a perfect job. He was polite, timely, knowledgeable and efficient. I would definitely hire him again and would recommend him.
