So far he has repaired my dishwasher and my fridge twice (different problems). He was out to look at my washer yesterday. Even though I'm a bit outside his service area, I've never had to wait more than a day or two for repairs. I've never met him in person, but according to my wife he's professional, courteous and knows what he is doing.
