Last night we started noticing that when the furnace turned on it would intermittendly make an odd banging noise. We quickly took to Homestars to find a furnace repair company. We found great ratings on Willams HVAC and emailed them last night. They responded immediately and said they could slot us in for today. Richard called this morning and showed up early for the appointment. He heard the sound it was making and was quick to diagnose. He got it all sorted out for us - even while our puppy was begging for pets from him. From start to finish just a great experience. (We joked that Christmas was "back on" this morning with Richard.- Last night we contemplated cancelling christmas due to new furnace costs. Glad that was not the case as the repair was only $70!) While we hope nothing else happens to our furnace - we do know who we will call if we ever again have problems!! Thank you Richard and Willams HVAC.

We had such a great experience. Could not believe how awesome Andy from Ducky's Drains is! We had a plumbing issue Sunday night at 11pm and he came right over. Was up on our roof and scoped our plumbing all the way to the road. He found the obstruction, determined it was not an imminent threat to our system and set up a time to come back and get it removed. Took him a few hours to get the piece out of our stack and he had to remove a few sections to do so. Also replaced a section of line that was showing some wear. For ALL of that INCLUDING the emergency call on a Sunday night it was under $450. Quality work and amazing price. Andy will be our plumber forever. We have him permanently added to our contacts. We both work in sales and have constant contact with new and "old" Calgarians and will recommend him to everyone we talk to.
