Hi, I was very disappointed with the professionalism exhibited by the delivery/install team this morning. My husband was trying to clean out underneath a single unit combo washer dryer which probably had not been cleaned out in years notwithstanding the fact we are just tenants who recently moved in. I have a crying baby in my arms and here these goofballs are heckling my husband for taking 5 minutes to clean where the washer dryer had been saying their grandma could clean quicker. That's not acceptable. My husband went with you guys over another company for customer service. We did not get the customer service we paid for. If they wanted things to go quicker perhaps they should have showed some understanding of the situation and offered to help instead of arguing with a mom who is trying to care for a teething baby. I know you probably won't do anything but I'd appreciate it if you would. Erica Carroll
