I contacted five different paving companies. Three of them never responded. Burl-Oak responded the quickest and provided me with a detailed written quote and drawing. They arrived on the day they promised. Both my neighbours had their driveways paved by someone else and the old asphalt was removed one day and the driveway paved a couple of weeks later.
