When Gulliver's technician came out to do an estimate, he recommended replacement of both springs ($195 each) and all 10 rollers ($175) which, along with labour, came to $690! I was a bit staggered and after phoning around found those prices to be way out of line and when a second company came to sort things out, the rollers were fine and normally last the life of the door. The springs, which are only replaced when they actually break, did not need replacement either. Everything was checked, adjusted, silicone sprayed for the price of the callout fee!

We were thrown over by the flooring company that originally sold us the flooring because there were issues with the wood and the manufacturer refused to stand behind their product. Pavel and his crew had installed the product and when a first issue came up, he came back and repaired it beautifully. When a second issue later came up, he again came back to sort it out and insisted on doing it at his expense because he was so annoyed that the flooring company had abandoned us. He no longer does installations for that company. His work is excellent and his approach to service and customer satisfaction is outstanding. I would recommend him absolutely!
