Our deadbolt wasn't sliding smoothly any longer, and we were slightly concerned that we would get locked out of our house. Called John, discussed the problem, and made an appt. He came by and fixed the issue by replacing the deadbolt, rather than the entire lock (which would have been much more expensive). Great communication skills, great service, great price. This is the second time we have used this company for a lock issue, and we see no reason to go elsewhere.

Found that the bolt on your deadbolt had fallen apart. I was able to push the bolt back into the housing which meant when it was fully extended it wasn't locking in place. That is a real security risk to family and property. A Perfect Pick Locksmiths were happy to get your deadbolt working properly again at a very cost effective price.
