We had a crack in the foundation at the corner of the garage and the foundation inside the garage was deteriorating in our 54 year old house. The proprietor promptly came to look over the problem, gave us an estimate, and suggested how we could save money (by hand-digging ourselves to his specifications). His crew came when he said they would come, did the work efficiently, and were careful to tidy up the work area. As a semi-retired small businessman myself, I appreciated the professionalism and personal touch by Dave Marcotte and his team.

Mr. Grady was responsive, efficient, pleasant, and carefully explained what he was doing and why. The follow-up was prompt and the price reasonable for the work and materials used. He is highly recommended.
