We bought used bed for our daughter. Within a week she had pimples on her face and arm. I noticed bug on her mattress. The bed we bought was infested already. I started looking for a professional. I found Mohd on home star. I contacted him on same day. He came for inspection same day and luckily it was only my daughter's room which needed the treatment. His charges were high but he was ready to treat the room after one day. I read all his review that day to find one negative comment about him but there were none. Was still not sure. He came and took his own time to treat the entire room and was kind enough to realise that I have a toddler and didn't use any chemicals. As I was paranoid he gave some pack to keep under our bed. He did follow up after the treatment and answered all our concern immediately. It's been one month now and I fully satisfied. He is expensive but he knows what he is doing and does it with his whole heart. He's prompt, punctual, does followup, very responsive, truly professional, delivers what promises, doesn't charge extra, treats only infested rooms. I truly recommand him and now I know why all reviews are positive. He's best at what he does...
