Excellent work, excellent customer service! Fernando and his assistant are incredibly nice people and their work was perfect. I had an issue with my eavestrough especially over my newly installed bay window. Water had started to seep in. Fernando understood the urgency to have the eaves replaced. He was prompt with an estimate and completed the work on the next working day. Their work is great as is their clean up. Fernando on contacted me several times to approve several unexpected issues. My dryer was making a very loud noise. Over the phone, Rick thought that it could be the drum and the part would cost approximately $110.00 When he arrived to do the repair he found that it was just some lint - well maybe a lot of lint - that was causing the problem. The lint was removed, he replaced some clamps and left a happy customer. Rick was efficient, courteous tidy, patient answering all my question AND HONEST. It is so nice to find someone who is honest. Would I have Rick back for a repair? YES I WOULD!

I recently had all my windows and one door replaced by Global Windows and Doors and I am very pleased with the outcome. The installers arrived as promised. I had left a key since I would be at work. They were very trustworthy. The windows and door look incredible. I am very, very happy. One of the windows is a bay window, the seal in the old window had broke. Now I can see my garden, my backyard and the birds at my bird feeder. My neighbour is envious. I cannot believe the difference the windows have made to the look and enjoyment of my house. Alex recommended awning windows for my kitchen and bedroom - and I love them! I have one door to be replaced, in the spring, and I will definitely be contacting Alex - Global Windows and Doors.
