When I called the company, Tony, the owner answered and came over to give his estimate for the job. The price he quoted was very reasonable compared to the other quotes that I got. He explained everything in detail and also pointed out that there may be additional cost in the event if it becomes NECESSARY in replacing the fascia board in a small area where there was some water damage sign was obvious. As scheduled, he showed up next day with his other joint owner, Jimmy. Indeed they are friendly, honest and highly skilled professionals in the field. When it became necessary to replace the fascia board he recommended, instead of replacing the entire fascia board to replace only the water damaged portion of the fascia board thereby reducing my cost for the job. We are very satisfied with their job and they exceeded our expectation. Without any hesitation I can recommend this company. Tony and Jimmy, you both did a wonderful job. In my preliminary discussion with 4 contractors about my bathroom renovation job, Chris, owner of Fresh Look Home Innovations, proved himself as an ideal professional for the job, came as scheduled, paid attention to what we would like to do in our renovation job and he explained how he would remodel the bathroom to our utmost satisfaction. At the outset he mentioned how he would like to be paid in the event we awarding him the renovation job, i.e. 10% + 40% at the commencement of the job and the balance at the end. Heaving heard and read about nasty experience of people paying such a big amount at the beginning, I was little reluctant BUT his personality, mannerism and previous reviews made me to believe that he would stand by his word. Due to the above facts we hired him for our bathroom renovation job. Our renovation job included: to demolish the existing tub and replace it with walk in shower with sliding glass door; to tile shower wall, bathroom floor; to separate ensuite bathroom from the powder room by removing the existing door and separating it by a wall; to remove a bulkhead in order to install an overhead shower system and a light in shower stall, install vanities and the plumbing jobs associated to the washrooms. He was very methodical in his work, at the end of day’s work he made it sure to clear and clean the work area from dirt and dust i.e. going to the extent of mopping the floors. He did the contracted job within the projected time limit and indeed was cost effective. While the work was in progress we noticed couple of things that did not come out the way we expected and when we discussed about it, he willingly accepted and made necessary changes as we requested to satisfy our concern. Indeed, he is a competent, reliable and trustworthy contractor, with superb skills at many trades as our work included plumbing, electrical and flooring and painting. He did an excellent job and our renovated bathroom and powder room now look amazing. I will never hesitate to recommend him to anyone who is looking for bathroom renovation job. Well done Chris.
