After purchasing a new home, we replaced all of the bathroom counters at Countertop depot. We hired a company to professionaly paint the house and had them wait to paint the bathrooms until the counters were installed. The original install went well, but a few days later, we noticed a misprint in 2 of the counters. The owner came out to take a look, appologized and said they would take care of replacing the counters. After stating a worry that the newly painted bathroom walls would be damaged in this process, we were told they would take care of everything. After the new install, the walls were of course damaged. We called them to discuss them buying a quart of the paint that we needed to do touch ups (which we were told they would take care of). My husband was met with a VERY angry and rude person by the name of Melissa (owner) who yelled and even hung up the phone on him when he was very calmly discussing the situation. They finally agreed to pay for the paint if we went out to purchase it, but not without much unnecessary rudeness, multiple conversations and phone calls. WOULD NOT recommend dealing with this company. If anything goes wrong, their customer service is awful and they are extremely rude and unprofessional. Buyer Beware!
