I had installer Casey Bot and his assistant Matt arrived as scheduled for an install. The patio door removal revealed a serious electrical problem. Someone had run some illegal wiring above the old door unit that had to be corrected. Casey made a phone to get an electrician to the house to correct the problem. it made the unexpected problem much easier to handle. Both Casey and Matt were excellent and very professional. Very pleased with the install. Couldn't tell anyone had been at the house when they finished. They rocked!!
