I was really pleased with the service I received. I wasn't completely satisfied after the initial cleaning, so I called to ask someone to come look at the carpet (in case my expectations were unreasonable). Another technician was sent to the house, and he cleaned the carpet again, for no charge. It came out much cleaner. Great customer service!
