Dan and his team did a terrific job removing 3 large cypress trees from our backyard. They are experts utilizing rigging techniques to ensure our 3 neighbours properties were not damaged. It was interesting watching them use the upmost care and safety maneuvering the branches so they landed only in our yard. Overall, excellent customer service!

Ruben from Urbantreelab did an excellent job trimming (raising the skirt) our 2 large cypress trees last November (this is after picture). He was friendly, hardworking, listened to our concerns and did extra trimming to ensure all the branches were well away from our roof and gutters. Clean up was excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend him to family and friends.

We are ecstatic with the service and quality products and craftsmanship that Navco Construction provided to restore our old house, built in the 50's, to like NEW again. Don't be fooled by (owner) Edgar's low-key unassuming nature and virtually no pressure sales tactics - he is a master of his craft, who is up to date with the latest trends and technologies and knows how to apply them to his construction business - we were lucky to find him. Alejandro, assigned to our project kept us well-informed ensuring everything was on schedule and that we were happy every step of the way. All his men worked long hard hours and were polite and addressed all our concerns. First was the new roof (with ridge vents) and fascia boards, then the vinyl soffits to replace the falling rock dash stucco soffits... plus the new wood siding to replace the old rotted siding (Antonio did a fantastic job here), and finally the new gutters. There was a slight issue with one of the fascia boards and the gutters, but this was corrected immediately the next day. This company is busy and I would not hesitate in recommending this "one stop shop" company for all your roofing needs and more. Our old house was totally transformed!

After a couple of quotes we knew ProRise was the right choice for our exterior painting project. Joseph was professional and personable. He knew his product very well and gave us suggestions to enhance our project... such as replacing the wood siding of our house which was badly in need of repair. Our quote included a professional color consultant who went over all the colors for our painted stucco, wood siding, chimney, and front and back steps to make sure all the colors complemented each other. We couldn't be happier with our colors! His team , the 2 Mos' (Foreman Mohammed and Mo) were hard working and polite. They were detailed-oriented and you can tell they cared about their work. At times, they scrutinized with an artist's eye, their own work - viewing our house from a distance during the different painting stages, like how an artist would paint a canvas to produce a work of art. The quality of the paint was exceptional and the service was great with Joseph addressing all our concerns as well as following up with us in a couple months for little touch ups. ProRise delivered as promised and our house was totally tranformed!

We were very happy with the quality work from Mark and his team. Our old back sundeck was in bad shape and ready to fall apart... literally! Now we have a brand new sundeck which looks absolutely beautiful with a new set of stairs, new rails all around, and the walkway leading to the deck. We also had new rails installed for our front steps. With quotes from 4 different companies, the reasons why we chosed Arbutus was based on its A+ rating in BBB, its professionally designed brochure, clearance with WorkSafe BC (WCB insured), reviews from customers, we liked the estimator who was personable, knowledgeable and followed up with us with every question PLUS the estimate sheet (price) which was fair and reasonable, within the ballpark and very easy to understand. Once we paid the deposit, it went like clockwork! Mark kept us informed what was going on on a daily basis. All his workers were polite, professional, and answered any questions or concerns we had. There was very little or no stress at all on our part, and the project was finished on time and on budget with no surprises. Again, I would highly recommend this company led by Mark and his professional team. Thank you again!!!
