Our home was built in 1987 with Poly-B piping installed for the water lines. To avoid unexpected leaks (we'd had 3 small ones)and the associated damage, we decided to replace all the lines. After getting 2 quotes, we decided to go with Bekmar Plumbing and Heating.
The quote was detailed and complete and the final price was exactly what was quoted. Their whole approach and the staff who did the work were professional but friendly and went out of their way to keep our inconvenience to a minimum. The job took 4 days but they ensured we had water each night and any dust and debris was cleaned up at the end of the day.
They did a great job of cutting holes in neat squares with margins near the studs making repair much easier for the drywallers and less expensive for us which was really appreciated.
We did have one leak the day after they'd finished but they came within half an hour to fix it and double-checked all of the other fixtures at the same time.
There were a couple of times where they were missing some piece of equipment but they retrieved it over their lunch hour so minimal delay and problem solved.
Bekmar and their staff really impressed us. The whole process went much more smoothly than I anticipated. They will be our go-to company if we have plumbing work in future and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
