My rental property hot water tank stopped working. I called AAA and Dean responded very quickly. He gave me a sensible advice of changing the hot water tank and gave me a quote, he also offered me for not charging for the service call on top of the discount he was offering. I checked with Lowe's and they gave me a cheaper price even if I include the service call that Dean was waving and the emergency call charges. However, when they visited the property they figured out they need a different tank and after modification it will cost me way over what Dean has quoted. I called Dean and although I rejected his quote once, he was very nice to me and kept his words and replaced the tank ASAP. I was extremely impressed by his courtesy and professionalism.
