We have wall to wall carpet in our dining and living room. Unfortunately one of our elderly cats became ill and left terrible urine stains throughout the whole dining room. We tried to clean it up ourselves and only made the stains much darker! I called Fedri and explained the problem. He was very friendly and easy to deal with. We needed to have the work done soon and Fedri was able to do the work only a couple of days later. Fedri arrived on time and was great! He explained what he was doing and he was very thorough in the work that he did. Well, when he was finished, the urine stains and smell were GONE! The carpet looked like it had never been stained. It was more than we had hoped for because of how badly stained the carpet was to start. He also treated the carpet with an enzyme spray when he was done cleaning it to make sure the urine odour would not return. He even told us what we could do going forward to keep any urine smell from returning. We are very happy with the results of the carpet cleaning. We highly recommend Fedri, especially if you have tough stains that need to be removed. And to top it off, the price was quite reasonable given how badly stained the carpet was!! Fedri is the BEST!!
